Stefan Priebsch has been solving IT problems for over 25 years. He is founder and CEO of e-novative GmbH, one of the first German IT consultancies offering PHP-based solutions. Thomas Bachem (21) built up sevenload GmbH as Head of Technology together with his team and has to deal with development and technology management in every day business. He is an active developer since 1998 and loves not only talking about code but also writing it on his own. Currently constructing a very complex SOA-based platform architecture, he is concerned with many topics of large web applications and scaling - where scaling does not only mean the application but a whole company and development team.
